Welcome Back From Germany!

 

This was a very, very fun project! A friend ordered this for her son who had just returned from Germany. As you can see, he was very much into soccer and cars. These were chocolate cupcakes in a green and yellow theme.  

 

 

However, she also wanted to make sure there was something for each of her children. Hence, the butterfly and shoes for her two girls, and a soccer cleat for her other son. 

 

The soccer balls and cars were very time consuming and meticulous! But I think they turned out beautifully. And later my friend told me that when his son saw the cupcakes, he became silent, and there were tears in his eyes. Aww, what a beautiful moment! I'm so happy to hear that. Thanks for letting me be a part of this beautiful reunion! Toodle-licious!

Cake For Iftar, Anyone?

 

A last minute work for a dear friend. A vanilla cake with pink buttercream icing and sugar paste flowers. Hope they had a fun iftar. Toodle-licious!

A Decadent Treat.... For Moi!!

 

Had a hunkering for a really decadent chocolate treat. The result? A double-layered chocolate brownie with whipped cream filling, and topped with chocolate shavings. TONS of chocolate shavings :). I told you it was very decadent... Toodle-licious!

Sponge Roberto Square Pantalones!

It's Spongebob Squarepantsin chocolate cake and buttercream! Or Sponge Roberto Square Pantalones in Spanish (no, I do not speak Spanish - this was something I heard recently hehe). I had sooo much fun making this cake, and I wish I get more orders like this in the future :). I heard the birthday boy was grinning from ear to ear. Alhamdulillah... and YAY! Toodle-licious!

Red, White & Femme

These vanilla cupcakes were ordered for a chic young lady who just turned 26. Her sister who ordered these had a very specific theme in mind: red, white and feminine. Hope the birthday girl enjoyed the cuppies as much as I enjoyed making them! Toodle-licious!

Carrot Cake For The Party

A carrot cake with cream cheese frosting order by a client for her office party. Heard it was a huge hit, no one got seconds! Alhamdulillah... :). Toodle-licious!

My Sister's Engagement "Hantaran"

Made both of these for my dearest sister's engagement event. As it turned out, I ended up being the baker for both sides :)! It was great fun, baking cakes for this special occasion for my beloved sister. Not to mention, I also felt very honored. Thanks for trusting me with your precious cakes, guys :).

The top one in yellow was the "hantaran" (gift) from the man's side (2-layered vanilla buttercream cake, yellow theme), and the bottom one was from my sister to him, a 4-layered chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and chocolate pieces.

The flowers you see were real flowers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any organic flowers here (if you know where I can get some in KL/Selangor area, please share it with me!). I used a base cover to separate the flowers from actually touching the cake, so no worries! Toodle-licious!

S.M.I.L.E!!

Smile! The smiley face is my favorite design of all time. Guaranteed to bring a smile to anyone's face! (Well, at least it does to me hehe). Perfect as a pick-me-up when you're feeling just a bit blue :). Toodle-licious!

Pink Or Blue?

A friend ordered this for her kids. It had to be fun & cheerful, not to mention colorful. I love this pink and blue combo, but my photography definitely needs some work :). Toodle-licious!
